<aside> 💡 You can come along to meet-ups even if you just want to read, journal or job search!

Can I have virtual meetings?

Of course! Depending on the venue, just check in with those around you.

The SeeSaw co-working space has dedicated booths that are free to use for taking private calls.

Are there many plug sockets?

Yes there are plenty, and will be some extension cables as well.

Where do I sit when I arrive?

At the Proud Trust: You can sit wherever you like, if you prefer to sit on your own that is totally fine!

If you do want to sit with someone, just politely ask, I am sure they will be super happy to meet you and chat!

At SEESAW: Please join us at our designated Queer Hive table. Other tables in the co-working space are for paying members. The co-working space is to the left of the main café bar. If you turn right after the turnstiles, our table is at the far end. Do ask a member of staff if you are unsure.

![Sensory Map of SEESAW venue.

The main foyer is at the top, in front of the main entrance. There are stairs and a lift into the cafe area, where quiet music is playing, with plenty of natural light.

The entrance to the co-working area is through the turnstiles to the left of the cafe. A rainbow flag marks our Queer Hive table at the far end of the co-working area. This space has less natural light and uses desk lamps. There are booths at each end of the co-working area that can be used as a quiet space.](attachment:b87b9134-61b2-4db8-9904-d719284458fd:WhatsApp_Image_2026-01-04_at_11.00.53.jpeg)

Do people actually get stuff done or is it mainly chatting?

This totally depends on what you’re looking for!

There are some that put their headphones in and crack on with their work.

Others like to have little chats and network in between working blocks.

We’d say come along and see for yourself!

Is it okay to put headphones in?

Yes! You can do whatever you like, there are no expectations to socialise if you don’t feel like it.

What seating options are there?
