We are not a charity or business but a small community led by the voice of community members.
In-person co-working sessions and online WhatsApp community groups
This means you should buy a drink while there, ideally when you arrive.
We are offered free spaces out of generosity and the venues' desire to support small queer groups- they could easily charge us a fee to use the space.
We are guests in their spaces and must do the minimum to greet them when we arrive and respect their space. We cannot arrive early and expect to be allowed in.
We are not a charity, business, or cohesive group; we are just human beings who offer our time to run in person co-working and online WhatsApp groups.
We cannot be responsible for the behaviour of individual staff members in the venues we use or for interpersonal conflict.
Our little community is run by volunteers who answer our emails and Instagram messages. We do not disclose information about our Queer Hive MCR volunteers unless necessary to protect their identity.
If you know the identity of the volunteers as they facilitate our co-working sessions, please do not send direct messages.
